Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using the Kafu app (run by Mohammad Aldarsani), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

2. Who can use Kafu

• You must be 18 or older.
• One account per person, in your own name.
• Your details must be true, especially your birth date and gender, because buddies and crews are same-gender only. These can’t be changed after sign-up.
• You’re responsible for keeping the email you sign in with secure.

3. Your health comes first

Kafu is a tool to help you stay consistent. It is not medical advice or a training program. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise, especially if you have a health condition. You train at your own risk, and should stop if you feel pain or unusual discomfort.

4. What you share

You own the photos and messages you share. You give us permission to store them and show them to your buddies and crew as needed to run the app. That permission ends when you delete them or your account.

5. Not allowed

You may not use Kafu to:

• Post nude, sexual or otherwise inappropriate photos.
• Harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or spread hate.
• Send spam or advertising.
• Impersonate anyone, or create a fake account.
• Log fake workouts or cheat on points.
• Post anything that breaks the laws of Saudi Arabia.
• Hack the app, scrape user data, or disrupt the service.

6. Reports and enforcement

We check photos automatically and review reports. If you break these terms, we can remove content, suspend your account, or delete it permanently. If someone bothers you, use Block or Report in the app.

7. Meeting in person

If you decide to train with someone from the app in person, be careful: meet in a public place like a gym, and don’t share sensitive information. We don’t verify users’ identities and aren’t responsible for their behavior outside the app.

8. Paid features

Kafu is free for now. If we add paid features, we’ll show the price and terms before you subscribe. Payments go through the Apple or Google store, under their terms.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Edit profile → Delete account. We may change or stop the service; if a change is important, we’ll tell you first.

10. Limitation of liability

Kafu is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any injury or harm resulting from your training, or from other users’ actions.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute falls under the competent courts of the Kingdom.

12. Changes and contact

If we make an important change to these terms, we’ll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Kafu afterwards means you accept them. For any question, email support@getkafu.app.
